What Makes Us Qualified

For over 50 years, we have managed several types and sizes of apartment communities ranging from income assisted housing to luxury apartments, as well as single-family residences to 400+ unit communities. Our competitive advantage includes managing apartments requiring added attention due to occupancy or physical problems, as well as having compliance programs and/or reporting requirements. Our attitude, knowledge, experience, and our ability to generate good information for management decision-making gives us our advantage.

Since RC Management was formed for the single purpose of providing the best possible management, we always strive to:

Conscientiously manage in the best interest of the owners, as well as the residents we serve.

Utilize everyone involved in the organization in working to provide quality management.

Always be in a position to provide quality management by: (1) maintaining an expertise in management by combining experience, training, and education; (2) remaining within our area of expertise by not accepting management opportunities for which we are not qualified or for which we do not have adequate staffing; (3) remaining in a limited geographical area in order to avoid neglecting properties or postponing needed change because the distance makes it inconvenient.

Adria Hall

Adria Hall is our President and Director of Compliance. She has 20+ years of experience in the industry and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist as well as a Tax Credit Specialist.

John “Tony” McKee 

John “Tony” McKee is our Vice President and serves as our Controller. He has 30+ years of experience in the industry and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, and licensed Real Estate Agent.
